Very disappointed in Greenline.
We had them come out for lawn aeration last year. Their machine couldn’t fit into the backyard but they reassured me that they had a machine that could fit and would be back later that day. Never came and they attempted to charge me full amount for half the work.
We decided to give them a second chance this year. After weeks of delays and numerous calls for updates, they missed multiple projected dates of service. I understand delays from weather but during a week of good weather and being told they would be out that day no one showed.
Customer service doesn’t appear to be a priority to Greenline but thankfully there are numerous other lawn services in the area that were happy to come out.
