Very disappointed in Greenline.We had them come out for lawn aeration last year. Their machine couldn’t fit into the backyard but they reassured me that they had a machine that could fit and would be back later that day. Never came and they attempted to charge me full amount for half the work.We decided to give them a second chance this year. After weeks of delays and numerous calls for updates, they missed multiple projected dates of service. I understand delays from weather but during a week of good weather and being told they would be out that day no one showed.Customer service doesn’t appear to be a priority to Greenline but thankfully there are numerous other lawn services in the area that were happy to come out.
Great company to provide all my outdoor needs like they always say! They are so friendly and caring. If you want a lawn company that treats your lawn like their prized possession this is the company! Keep up the great work guys!
I have used Greenline for yard work in the past and am using their snow removal service for the first time this season. I couldn’t be happier. The crew provides professional and thorough work.A special shoutout to Moe for cleaning off my front porch after this last snowfall! Brandon and his crew were top notch. We needed gutters buried for a DIY landscaping project. Brandon even gave us pointers on the landscaping job we were doing.Crew was out here with Brandon at the time quoted and the job was done correctly. Cleanup was great, prices were reasonable, service was perfect. We even hired them for another job! Definitely would recommend.
Greenline Lawn Service in Troy was an absolute mess to deal with. I had mulch, weeding, and bed maintenance completed and I would never use their services again. #1 Expensive, #2 Terrible Communication, #3 Unreliable. After I had the weeding and mulching completed I had to have them return because 2 areas had not been completed. Several weeks later my beds were overgrown with weeds again which makes me question if they actually did any weeding at all and maybe just covered it with mulch instead. After this I inquired about Bed Maintenance as I was left a flyer with a quoted price for it and the individual on the phone told me they would have to send someone out and re-quote it for some reason and they would get back to me the following week. That person never called me back so when I called to see what was going on instead of giving me the quote they simply said the person would be out the following day to complete the service. The person showed up and pulled a couple weeds and sprayed the rest. I sent an email asking about if the weeds would be removed and the email sent back to me indicated that if weeds were too strong they get sprayed and the person comes back to pick them a week later after they die. The person never came back to pick the weeds and they never returned back the following month to complete the next months service. There were additional communication errors involved in this process but I think I’ve said enough already. Also, the name on this post was not the name the work was booked under because I know if Greenline responds they will say they show no service being completed under this name. The pictures I have posted were only several weeks after weeding and mulching and immediately after they completed their “Bed Maintenance.”
