Reviewers frequently mention responsive communication during the bid process and thorough answers to questions. Many note on-time crews and steady progress despite weather delays. Work quality is praised for resolving drainage issues, building sturdy stone retaining walls, and restoring yards after construction. Pricing is often described as competitive for the scope provided.

We recently installed a swimming pool in our backyard which significantly 'disturbed' the landscaping and installed irrigation in the yard. We contacted Novation to assess our situation and provide suggestions and an estimate to return the yard to useable space. Brandon was extremely responsive and helpful in suggesting ways to repair and re-landscape the area around the pool and into the yard. Novation was incredibly competitive with their bid so we contracted them for the work. They did an outstanding job in repairing the broken irrigation lines, installing new valves and running feed lines to the installed sprinklers. They also brought soil and sod in to restore the grass area around the perimeter of the pool and into the yard where the pool excavation equipment operated. They installed a metal edging barrier around the perimeter of the pool and brought river rock to fill in the area between the edge of the pool decking and the metal edging. All work was done with a very professional and hard working crew. I would highly recommend them to support your landscaping needs and intend to use them in the future to enhance our backyard with additional trees and shrubs.

We have had serious drainage issues at our home since we bought it. After some minor flooding earlier this year, we had Brandon come out to bid some drainage work after he was recommended to us by a friend. He was thorough and detail-oriented in the bidding process and answered all of our questions (and we had a ton of questions). From the time we accepted the bid to completion of the work was about 4 weeks, and that’s including delays due to several days of severe weather. In my opinion, that’s a pretty good turnaround.

The crew that came out worked nonstop and completed the entire project in three days. They removed several cubic yards of dirt and laid over of 100 ft of French drains in multiple areas of our yard. The completed product was clean and even improved the look of our yard with the type of rock they used. After seeing the quality and efficiency of the work, we feel like we really got a bargain on what we paid.

Brandon is an honest and kind person, very easy to work with and stays on top of any issues or questions you have. His employees were friendly and worked hard and even asked if we had questions along the way. I will be going to them first for any other landscape or drainage work moving forward.

We had to replace an old wooden retaining wall. Got 4 bids and after meeting and talking to Brandon, we decidedhe was our choice. SO GLAD we made that decision.
Brandon and his crew did a fantastic job. The crew were on the job early each morning and were just a nice bunch of guys.
Really love our new stone retaining wall!! Thanks, Brandon!
Highly recommend Brandon for any landscaping needs you may have.

Thank you Brandon! Wonderful working with you. Novations Landscapers just finished replacing my retaining wall, which was damaged by Texas’ torrential rains. That wall was made with wood and was rotted and falling apart. I Am so pleased and happy with the job that they did building a beautiful and strong retaining wall, which will last indefinitely. The Men were hard workers, on time, very precise and A lot attention to detail. A level placed in three places along a 63’ length of wall by me when job was finished , were all exactly on center on the level from one end to the other of the wall. That was awesome in my opinion.

First 3 pictures show the old wooden retaining wall disaster. The other pictures are parts of the work in progress. They built a new beautiful wall with Keystone block, drainage, stones and more and even sodded where the lawn was damaged from heavy rain. I am totally ecstatic with their fantastic work, would hire them again and would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and retaining walls, etc. Again, Thank You Brandon and Novations and your fantastic work crew. ?????? This was a pretty big project and Brandon did a fantastic job! Had some pretty bad drainage issues as well as needing a lot of soil and sod. They did a great job and I think the final product turned out very well. Highly recommended!
