Not only did he bring the plans to life, but he improved things that were wrong, missed or overlooked. This project came to life because Steve is a master of his trade and HE is on site to orchestrate and ensure his teams work. And if I saw something that I thought wasn’t right, Steve was already on it. He is not only experienced enough to offer advice but he is also humble enough to take it. They have a high level of patience and they listen to what you want done and if any changes need to be done they work with you to make it happen.
