Great facility. Lots of options for stones , river rock , mulch and decorating stones . Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helpful , they load our truck or deliver at our house . I purchased stones to do a tree ring and it came awesome.Recommend 100%
I was completely new to landscaping when I first stepped into Creative Landscaping Depot, but the staff were amazing at giving me tons of great advice. My DIY project was rather extensive (seating wall, fire pit, patios, lighting, etc.) so I dropped by the St Jacobs location many times throughout the Spring and Summer to pick our materials and ask questions. Since I was there so often, I think I had a chance to interact with all of the staff at one point or another and they were all incredibly helpful and patient. Blake was my main point of contact and he did an amazing job of sourcing materials, even when they were really difficult to get because of the pandemic and supply-chain challenges.In addition to the staff, the yard in St Jacobs is really well organized with lots of materials on display. The materials that they source are all really high quality -- if they sell it, I'm pretty confident that it will be good! The website is also very useful and laid out really well.All this is to say, I wouldn't buy landscaping materials anywhere else. Thanks Creative!
First class all the way. Every single person here has been great to work with and I would gladly recommend them to family & friends.As a homeowner, it is frustrating when so many places only want to work with contractors. When I requested quotes, Jeremy was very responsive, gave the best price, and was the only one to follow up by reaching out. Nobody else seemed interested in having me as a customer.Upon recommendation, I stopped by to double-check colors and see things in person. The greeter at the door was very friendly and the rep. that took my payment was equally so. They have products nicely displayed outside to see things in person; my wife and I left feeling confident in our purchase.They scheduled delivery around my time frame and were very punctual first thing in the morning. I am used to sitting around waiting all day, but Creative upped my expectations as a customer. The delivery driver was awesome, he asked me how I wanted the pallets arranged and fit everything perfectly in my small driveway. I honestly thought this sort of customer service was extinct.I don't know how anyone else in landscape is in business around here. Jeremy and these guys have earned my business for life. Go ahead and get quotes to make yourself feel better, but if you're shopping landscape this is definitely the place to go, hands down.
