Signed up and paid deposit for second day residential snow removal service. Snowfall ended early Sunday morning. No service/removal as of 8:00 pm Monday night. No response to phone calls. Disappointed with this experience.
We had PTS do a yard clean up and they did an excellent job! Jaime and Shawn were hard workers. Shawn especially had attention to detail and made sure our bushes were sculpted beautifully! He was also not to disturb the wildlife like I requested (we have several bird nests in the yard). Thank you PTS!
Responds quickly and is very knowledgeable about the town we live in but that's the end of the positive things I have to say.They never showed up when they said they were going to. Charged me when I asked if they were going to finally come mow our lawn or if I needed to find another provider. She stated she did talk to her 'mower, who was on vacation' and she said she did mow it however it was still 2 very different lengths. Unfortunately our mower broke in the middle of mowing our lawn which is what led me to hunting for a landscape company. I repeatedly asked for her to please come out and check the lawn to see that nobody had been out to mow it, it was still two very different lengths. Had dandelions and very tall grass patches everywhere. There are no fences or trees in the way of viewing the entire property. She refused and stated 'she didn't have another answer' All this was through text.I have no problem paying for this service IF they would have done it. They never did and still try to bill me. That is not ok. They did NOTHING. Just made empty promises.Anyone know a reputable landscape company to mow our very large yard?
Once again Paul & his crew came out and did a phenomenal job on my yard! Our 12 Maples drop a ton on leaves! Paul's army turned them to powder in no time at all! Fast & Friendly!
I contacted Collen at PTS to replace some rotting fence posts, I was impressed with the time of response and action. Paul came out and believed 2 posts maybe 3 would need repair. I said I’d rather be proactive have 3 done. From my before and after photos, you can tell they only replaced 2 and thankful they did not do a 3rd due to how they left the area. All the plants near the posts are gone, not even left for me to replant them and you can see how now the top of the fence is not even close to being level. I contacted Colleen about the my disappointed in the job along with the photos. She said she would show them to Paul and the team. Have not heard a word!! I will change the review if I see fit, otherwise hire at your own risk.
