I hired Luis to initially install an irrigation system for a newly completed house in the Acreage and after the excellent job, decided to also have him put together a landscape plan, a decision that I am happy I made.From the beginning, Luis' calm, methodical approach to putting together a plan and navigating challenges along the way, routine check ups on the work, along with bids that came in significantly lower than others for both the irrigation system and landscaping gets him 5 stars!!
