We switched to 317 Outdoor Living for our irrigation system. We had used another local company for a number of years but found they were not turning in our back flow tests and their response time was terrible. From the moment I called 317 Outdoor Living they were very friendly and their service was excellent. The irrigation turn on was perfect and their tech inspected all the heads. He then took the time to show me some key features I was not aware of with the control panel and even reset it for me for seasonal adjustment. I learned more from him in the 30 minutes we spent together than the previous company over 9 years. (All of this at a better cost as I added the full year start up and shut down.) My thanks to 317 Outdoor, I look for a long lasting relationship based on this experience

We had 317 Outdoor Living replace a problem area in our lawn with new sod.From the first phone call, I was impressed! The person answered the phone and was very friendly and professional. She took my info. emailed me a quote, and scheduled our service for a few days later!! The team came out and removed some problem grass from an area by our back porch. They arrived and went straight to work. They had our old grass cleared and replaced in no time at all!
