What customers say

Several customers describe positive experiences with Premier's service. One customer valued texts about upcoming visits and an email summary after service; another reported that an irrigation controller came off the wall the next day and several sprinkler heads were not fixed, and said a different company found it running hot and potentially a fire hazard. That customer described the customer service as rude and said Premier declined a partial refund, citing a voided warranty because the customer had not called Premier back.

Whole team of great people. Anyone that shows up knows how important it is to represent a nice company. I enjoy working with them on anything landscape I may need!

We have used Premier for the last four years, and they have reliably treated our lawn and serviced our irrigation system. When we call with questions there is always a friendly voice on the other end to help us.

Premier was recommended by previous homeowner so we called them out to start our irrigation. One person showed up a few days before scheduled. He texted when he was on the way so I had to rush to have someone meet him. He worked very quickly to get it started but was irritated we had marked for several heads to be fixed and for an updated controller to be installed. He did the work but the controller fell off the wall the next day, and several of the heads were not fixed. So when I had more irrigation issues this past month I decided to go with a different company. They showed me the controller was running hot (which it shouldn't) and could be a fire hazard so I had the replace it (for half the price of what Premier charged). I called Premier to give them opportunity to refund (even partially) the shotty controller but was told because I didn't call them back it voided the warranty. I would not have called Premier back given the lack of confidence in all previous work and the fact I already had a different company at the house. Rude customer service.

I've been very pleased with the service, communication and results I've received from Premier. I appreciate the texts they are coming and the email summary after they have been here. Justin is easy to work with and very helpful. I'm so impressed that I bought a years service for my son and my son-in-law as a Christmas present!

Amazing experience with the folks at Premier Landscaping. We've utilized them for many seasons of lawn care as well as our irrigation needs. Every interaction with Premier- from Technicians to the office staff- has been both professional and courteous and they've completely satisfied all of our needs. Would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a great local and family owned outfit.
