You guys might want to tell your driver or whoever was doing this lawn they should be a little bit more courteous to the people they talk to. Because you guys just lost some business up in the area. Obviously, he should have known to pull up a little further past an already parked trailer. Blocking in the community that you're trying to get business in not a good idea.
I chose grasshopper to stay local with my lawn care needs. I left one of the larger companies that service nationwide. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made with my lawn. It was brown, crunchy, and not at all like my neighbors. I was contacted when I left a zero review and one of their questionnaires, and they were only worried about why I left a zero and never really wanted to give me a chance to explain. I finally did speak with one of the managers who blamed it all on the weather and not on the treatment. I sent photos I sent photos of my neighbors lawns that weren’t being treated and wondered why mine looked so much worse. It was an embarrassment to spend that money and have a loan that was worse than my neighbors who didn’t treat theirs. Imagine coming outside to hear them say to you. I bet you’re glad that you’re paying for that service aren’t you as you crunch across your lawn. I’ve attacked some photos, please judge for yourself as this is my opinion, and I hope that you can formulate your own.

Well today was not a good day for service. The guy should have checked the lawn before taking heavy machinery on my lawn. He put 5 huge ruts in my lawn. It has rained for 4 months straightOnce he realized it he started doing it by hand by the damage is doneThat’s why my grass was not cut todayYou could literally sinkHe claimed it would clear up but I doubt that.If it needs to be fixed I would expect you to come back and reseed and fix itThanks
