After witnessing the remarkable landscaping transformation at our neighbor’s house, we reached out to Element Outdoor Living, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! From the outset, they responded promptly, patiently accommodated our limited knowledge and unique preferences, and meticulously considered our priorities. The result is an inspiring transformation of our yard, instilling a newfound optimism in our outdoor space. Element Outdoor Living provided expert design services that didn’t pressure us into unnecessary purchases. They even ensured that all necessary documentation was prepared for HOA approval. The entire process was seamlessly coordinated, from the removal of existing plants and soil additions to the installation of lighting and even modifications to our sprinkler system to ensure optimal irrigation. Every step was executed with attention to detail, leaving the worksite spotless at the end. The plantings are exceptional, and their follow-up after the project concluded has been truly remarkable. We have a tiny backyard but a big view of the Cape Fear River. Kaysa met with us and we described our vision for it as “field and stream with beautiful blooms”. She nailed it. With her design and the excellent work of Drew and others, the vision came to life and we are just so so pleased. Element did everything they promised and never missed a date once it was set. Just can’t say enough about our serene and beautiful outdoor space. Probably the best compliment I can give is when we get home from our travels we practically run to look out at our yard to see what’s blooming now.

Can not say enough wonderful things about our experience. From start to finish the professionalism, expertise and attention to detail were first class. Daniel listened to what we wanted and created a plan, implemented by his team, that exceeded our expectations.
