Mr. Lopez installed a new floor in our kitchen, hallway, laundry room and bathroom. I was impressed with his attention to detail and quality of work. We had an uneven floor with soft spots in the kitchen. He removed the old sub-floor and replaced it prior to installing the new floor. His cuts and installation were clean and accurate. In our laundry room and bathroom he removed appliances and the toilet and then installed the flooring. It all looks beautiful. In summary, Mr. Lopes is an honest man with honest pricing. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
