First-class, professional landscaping. Every aspect was excellent. Jeanine Bennett is a masterful designer.

Installation was superb (in cold, uncomfortable weather). Adriene and her trustworthy team were thoughtful and careful with every plant. Steve the tree expert was on-site to oversee where needed.

Great experience. Cannot wait to hire them for the next phases.

Great crew that came out! Supervisor was out early morning first thing. Spoke to Kate as well when she came out. all that was covered in the pruning plan was done to our satisfaction. When female crew came out to do all the work , I jokingly called them ““Charlie’s Angels”! They were great.

Installed an Azaela garden with low voltage lighting, New Garden did a fantastic job.
Would highly recommend them for any Landscaping project.

We are in the midst of a multi-phase landscaping project on our property in Kernersville. Designer Jeanine Bennett crafted an amazing “xeriscape” plan that is transforming our lawn into something truly original and remarkable. Xavier and crew completed phase 1 in June and did an amazing job. Phase 2 was completed last week by one of their Winston-Salem crews, consisting of Scott and Charles. Scott and Charles were exceptional, especially given all of the very large, buried tree roots they had to remove before planting in the portion of the property they worked on. They were professional, very courteous, and extremely generous with their knowledge. Scott spent considerable time educating us and answering our many questions, as well as giving us simple and detailed instructions on the care of what they had planted for us. Highly recommend this particular crew and can’t wait to work with them again.

Scott Smith and Chuck Dillon did an amazing job on our front yard redo! Designer Jeanine came up with a wonderful plan - Scott and Chuck executed her plan perfectly. They were so easy to talk to, professional and timely! Would highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions

Projects range from small planting updates to full yard transformations. Typical work includes design, plant installation, bed renovation, pruning, and low-voltage lighting. Many homeowners choose to complete larger plans in phases. The team coordinates design through installation for continuity.

Yes, phased planning is common for multi-stage projects. The design lays out the complete vision, and installation is scheduled in logical steps based on season, budget, and site readiness. This approach keeps the end goal in view while spreading work over time. It also helps coordinate plant availability and growth.

Yes, low-voltage lighting can be incorporated into new installations or added to existing gardens. It is used for pathways, focal plants, and architectural accents. Proper placement and fixture selection are part of the design process. The goal is functional, subtle illumination that complements the landscape.

Plant choices are based on site conditions, maintenance goals, and aesthetic preferences. Designers consider sun, soil, drainage, and long-term scale. The intent is to match plants to place so they establish well and mature attractively. Recommendations are reviewed with you before installation.

A crew lead or supervisor typically confirms the plan on site before work begins. Crews handle site protection, layout, planting, cleanup, and any lighting work included. You’ll receive updates on progress and next steps. At the end, they review care guidance and answer questions.
