Several kiosk users found the machines easy to use, with clear directions. One customer had three workplace keys made that all worked perfectly, while another appreciated the machine’s reminder to remove the original key. A customer who arranged an appointment with Ryan says he arrived and they had new car keys within half an hour.
Keys were cut perfect, no issues. Was easy to use. Only downfall was the selection was super lame I just ended up going with plain keys to get the 3 for $10 deal.
Cutting keys is very easy. Directions were very easy to follow, and I especially appreciated the message to remove my original key after my new key was cut. I would have forgotten and left it in the machine.
