Reviews

What customers say

Customers report mixed key-copy results: two describe failed copies, while one says the keys were cut perfectly and praises the choice of designs. One customer reports that only one set worked from three different keys; another says Walmart declined to help and the customer-service IVR did not lead to assistance after a key was made.

Customer Reviews

Sudhanshu Ohri

I got a key made at Walmart in Abbotsford, BC (Transaction: EC10435653B40B7 Kiosk: K10435). When I contacted Walmart where this kiosk is placed, they simply refused to help me and asked me to contact customer service. When I tried contacting the customer service, the phone IVR simply keep pushing me back on the same options and no one was there to help. Just an honest review, not that paying a few dollars impact that much. This review is because you advertise 100% accuracy guranteed.

Use to be quick and convenient way to make a quick copy. Simply does not work anymore have tried to make copies of keys on two separate occasions now and on both attempts simply would not work. No one around that can help or tell me why.
