One was locked shut and the other was open but unable to close. He was able to get replacement parts straight away and installed them on the same day. Lovely guy, professional and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend and would have him back if anymore windows were to fail.

Kevin was amazing! Arrived exactly when he said he would. Straight on to trying to fix our French doors which would not open. Checked them over then within a few minutes had the doors open . Examined them thoroughly . Doors now working properly again. No fuss, perfect service. Would highly recommend!
