The last time they tried to program a third party purchased key that wouldn't program. They didn't charge me for wasting their time like the other shops said their shop would but told me to buy another and they'd try again. Great price, and service.

I inherited a Toyota Rav4 with a bad key situation. There was one key that opened the door and another key that could start the car - but only if inserted a certain way and after chanting an ancient Asian incantation.

I explained this to the technician and also asked if they could program a wireless remote key. He asked if I brought the truck with me and went to work. About 30 minutes later I had two working keys and also saved a ton from going to the dealer.
