?? E.C. Mangione did EXCELLENT work, solved my key problems confidently & completely. ?????? They got the skills, they know what they're doing, & they have never let me down. I've been to this business numerous times, including last week for my Honda key fob, and they are very highly recommended. ??????
Had a great experience at Edward Mangione. very nice, excellent service and very quick. Would come back again
I had a very BAD experience with the owner Philip. The worker gave me a one quote and the owner charged me a different amount n I explained to him that the worker gave me a different price he didn’t want to belive and was being very rude.
I've visited this business a few times, but unfortunately, my most recent experience will be my last. I stopped by on a Saturday during regular business hours, only to find the door locked. While I waited, I could see two women inside engaged in a casual conversation for about 10 minutes (Oh and let me add they saw me and continued on). Eventually, one of them came to the door to inform me that the locksmith had stepped out briefly, and she wouldn’t be able to assist me. While I understand that situations like this can happen, what is disappointing was the lack of communication. If I had been acknowledged or informed within a timely manner, it would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, the indifference felt unprofessional and dismissive.I just moved here from the South, where customer service and hospitality are generally emphasized, this interaction was especially disappointing and a reflection of how important it is to service your customers. I hope the business takes this feedback to heart and considers implementing basic communication practices, like signage on the door when staffing is limited. Simple adjustments can go a long way in improving customer experience.**I’ve had great experiences with the locksmiths, and this in no way reflects negatively on the quality of service they’ve personally provided.**
I’m very satisfied with my experience with Ed Mangione Locksmith. I’m from out of town & misplaced the key to my luggage lock. I called and was received by a pleasant voice that was happy to assist me. I brought my luggage to the business location which was bright, clean & we stocked. They resolved my problem immediately with professionalism and efficacy. Thanks again to the staff of Edward Mangione Locksmith.
