Roadrunner Lock and Key

Cisco came to help us in less than 10 minutes! The relief I felt was so amazing I HAD to post a good review ASAP! I had to get a rental from my jeep being in the shop & left my keys including the key to my club with my jeep. I used the club on my rental trying to be responsible, yet I didn’t realize that my club key wasn’t on me! What a nightmare after being at an intense Dr appointment 45 minutes away from my house. My heart dropped and on top of that I had my puppy with me! We called Cisco over at road runner lock and key and he came out to help us immediately. I praise God for him and his knowledge. I can breathe now! Thank you Cisco!

I was locked out of my home today and Cisco came to the rescue! I had been quoted an hour and a half wait the first place I called, but when I called Roadrunner Lock and Rey Cisco was able to be at my home in 15 minutes! Thank you again, for the fast, efficient and great service! I would highly recommend anyone! :)

Roadrunner Lock & Key absolutely came through for me — twice — and both times were stressful, last-minute emergencies. From the moment I called, they were calm, responsive, and clearly knew exactly what to do. They showed up quickly, handled everything efficiently, and treated me with real respect and care when I was feeling pretty rattled. The first time I used them I had locked myself out, and they arrived fast and got me back in without any hassle. They were professional, reassuring, and made a situation that felt overwhelming suddenly feel totally manageable. The second time was for urgent re-keying to secure my doors. They explained my options clearly, worked quickly, and the whole job was done with total professionalism. I felt safer the second they finished. Later on, I needed a copy of my invoice from that re-keying service, and they didn’t hesitate — they tracked it down right away and were genuinely kind and helpful about it. That level of follow-through and integrity really stands out. Reliable, prompt, fair, and truly professional. If you need a locksmith you can trust — especially in an emergency — Roadrunner Lock & Key is the one to call. Thank you again for making stressful situations feel manageable and for taking such good care of your customers.

So just had car issues and this guy Genaro just save me. Have a 2007 honda accord and the key hole isn't working with the key. Had to jimmy open my door but alarm was set off. So called Roadrunner for help and sure enough help came. Genaro was very nice, and very friendly. He was able to make a brand new key for me and program it to lock and unlock. Have now idea how much this means to me, my old set have gotten warn out so the battery packs fell out was just skeletons but to have a brand new key again and able to lock and unlock with a click of a button what a blessing. Affordable price but my hero for the day. Thank you so much Roadrunner lock and key definitely gonna call again if I have any more key problem such a thank you again.
