I ordered 3 keys from a kiosk. It was buy 2, get one free. None of the keys worked. Two keys didn’t turn. One key turned partially and then got stuck. Disappointing. I received a partial refund.
Contacted them multiple times by text, phone, and visited a kiosk for help duplicating my car fob. Zero response. Hate to think how responsive they would be in an emergency.Response to KeyMe's comment: I have called your helpline repeatedly. Everyone says 'someone will call you back.' It's been over one week. Your customer service is lousy. I am sorry I threw away money in trusting your 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.Further update: I was promised a refund on the money I paid. Still crickets. Total scam.

My first time using a kiosk to self cutting a home key. It was super super easy. Great service. I will recommend ?? to friends and family and anyone out there. Try it, and you will love it.
The keys are perfect. I will be recommending Key Me to numerous people. I live in a huge apartment complex and managemrnt wants $50 for an extra key. The best part the Key Me kiosk is in the 7-11 located on the property less than 200 feet from the main door of the building. All of the mailboxes were recently replaced, many people will probably need a duplicate key. and I will definitely refer Key Me. Thank You.
