I was looking for a replacement for a car key fob and instead of Greg quoting me a price upfront he troubleshooted the situation and recommended before he creates a replacement key fob I should check the car fuses to make sure they were ok and didn't need to be replaced. I appreciate the fact that he did not make me feel like I was at his mercy and I had to buy the key fob from him. And the prices that he quoted me for the key fob were very reasonable and he was willing to meet with me at my leisure for additional troubleshooting. Thank you Greg for the great customer service!
