Frog's Safe and Key

Dropped a key cylinder off at 4:00 p.m was not expecting it to be done the same day. The counter person said he would have his guys get done the next morning. I called the next day at 2:45 p.m. and they haven’t even started it. I over heard on the phone two guys tell the counter person that nobody told them. Then I was told it would be the next day before it was ready. That was not going to work for me since I had to get the part and finish the vehicle so the customer could pick it up. Then I was told it would be ready this afternoon when it was already afternoon. I will be using Ace lock and key from here on out . I called them and I was told to bring the part and I could wait on it. Thanks Frog for wasting my time!

Truck key got ran over and it was the only key we had. We didn’t turn the truck off and was able to drive to their story. They were able to get me a new key and program it in less than 15 minutes. Ford wanted to charge me 500 dollars and couldn’t do it till the next day. Frogs and safe key only charged me 216.

Do not recommend this company. They started a job he said he had to come back the next day due to equipment problems. Never showed the next day. Set up another day never showed. Jerked us around for 2 weeks then decided to raise the price by $450 to come back. We even asked multiple times during the 2 weeks if they were going to raise the price they said no. Until we got ahold of them again to see when they were coming. My husband missed 6 days of work during the 2 weeks they are jerking us around too. Very unprofessional and seem kind of shady.

Frogs Safe & Key really came through for me!! I have an older small Ford 350 grain truck, sitting in barn not used for over 10 years, still runs! However we lost the key!! My sweet friend & owner of his mechanic shop worked off and on, but messed up the old ignition. The truck is in an auction that closes in 5 days!! The owners worked with me after mine & their work hours to order new ignition (from pictures of the old ignition) and were available to replace it next day way out in the country!! They replaced the ignition & then of course had to make a door key so new owners could lock & unlock the truck as well as use it!! THANK YOU FROG’S SAFE & KEY
