Got locked out from my car so called this place. The person who answered was unable to provide me with an estimate, said she is someone who just gets the information and hands it over to the locksmith. But she did say it depends on the distance of where I was, and depends on the car’s model and make. Was a bit confused because she got all the information above but still couldn’t provide me with a rough estimate. It only took 5 mins for the locksmith to get to me, so I thought the price was going to be around $100 ~ $150. All he had to do was to squeeze in two airbags between my car door, inflate the airbag to make space between my door, used a long stick to press the unlock button to open my car. Then he told me the service was $319. Price was way over what I expected, tried to argue but he said that is the price that was set by the company. But the person who answered the phone first couldn’t provide the price so it just didn’t make any sense. Also they don’t accept card payments, only Zelle or cash or cashapp which was also weird. What company doesn’t allow card payment these days?Overall, the service was quick but the price is just too absurd.
