This is the worst experience I have ever had with a lock smith in my life. I was stranded after work in the parking lot because I lost my keys and I called to get a quote and they quoted me with $170 so I agreed. I think his name was Joseph, he tried charging me $400 when he got here. which was not the price we agreed to so I felt like he was trying to SCAM me. He was stating that I told him the wrong key type when I clearly stated multiple times to him it was a push to start before he even came over to help me. He then proceeded to yell and try to argue with me over the price in front of everyone which was very unprofessional and wrong. He also stated they wouldn’t charge to travel to my car and when I told him $400 was too much for me he was demanding $60 for the drive. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HONEST PRICES AND PROFESSIONALISM.
After attempting to jump start my car for over 2 hours using 2 separate carswith absolutely no access to the trunk where the battery is, I had to call for this service, which arrived perfectly on time. He was able to jump start the car even with my completely dead battery and gave advice on how to keep the car running so it wouldn’t lock again. He was super nice and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!????????????????????
He was super nice and very fast to get to the spot. He was able to make the keys less time than the dealership. And talking about prices, I called about 10 places, but he gave the cheapest and honest price. Anyone lost a key call him, he’s here 24/7.
