Had an excellent first experience with A Secure. I called earlier today about having a front door handle and lockset installed, and they were able to send someone same day. Roy did a really careful and professional job with what turned out to be a trickier install. The door handle looks and works great! Will definitely use them again.

I called this locksmith company because they were supposedly close by and reasonably priced. When I called I was told they might take around 35 minutes. They ultimately arrived 50 minutes after I called. Then they charged me more than $200 to unlock one door. Had they given me this price upfront I would’ve called a couple more places for a more reasonable price option. I never got the actual locksmith’s name but if the company owner would like to listen to my initial call it was at 7:55 AM on Friday and I do have my receipt copy.
