Was in and out in like 5 minutes had 2 copies done great service and price only issues I've had is they keys I have to wiggle around sometimes but I feel it might be actually the door lock no the key itself ill wait till they wear down a bit
Stopped by there today. Needed to have my vehicle lock fixed. It needed a new key instead. Rigo was AMAZING !!! He trouble shot everything that needed attention. I went to the Ace Hardware store for a copy of my original key but their machine wasn’t able to read it. Fortunately they recommended me the Lock Smith across the street and they helped me so much. The team was able to not only fix the key the Ace Hardware store machine couldn’t read but helped me understand the full problem with both blank keys. You can tell they are not only knowledgeable about their craft but very passionate in what they do. Thank you so much for your generosity, and wish you many blessings on your business!
I guess if they want your money they'll take it and be nice about it. But no heart for a 4yr old that had been walking a long time and really needed to use the restroom. I've been their customer and thought that maybe they would have a heart for a kid in need. I was wrong. I know its not their problem in the long run but where is the kindness. I guess as a parent I'm disappointed at any business that can't show kindness to kids.
