Great service, great prices! I lost my car key fob and they were able to replace it for a fraction of what they charge at the dealership. When they ran into trouble programming the key they had in stock, they overnighted a new key and got it working the next day at no additional cost. I hope I don’t need locksmith services again but if I do, I know exactly where to go!

Last minute found but amazing WORK! OUTSTANDING costumer service. I even went last minute and they still helped me out. The workers made sure I went home with what I needed and nothing less. DIDN’T DISAPPOINT! Would 100% be back if I need additional help. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Above and Beyond: Manager Jay is a Lifesaver! ?I cannot recommend Arlington Lock highly enough, especially after the exceptional experience I had with the manager, Jay. My visit was due to a stressful and unforeseen small accident that left me completely stranded at the front door of their office for the majority of the day. ?Jay immediately recognized my distress and stepped in as a true advocate. After several calls and his personal, dedicated assistance, we were successfully able to get my car started via a jump. His immediate focus was not just on the technical problem, but on my well-being. He was incredibly attentive, concerned, and went far beyond the typical scope of customer service to ensure I was safe and taken care of. ?The kindness extended beyond Jay, as the entire office staff was friendly and made sure I was okay throughout the ordeal. A special thank you to Lawrence who even extended lunch for purchase—a small gesture that made a huge difference in my long day. ?Despite the difficult circumstances, it was genuinely a pleasure spending time there. While waiting, I watched Jay engage with every single customer, providing stellar service with precision and care. His attention to detail in identifying problems and providing timely resolutions was evident in every interaction. Although my primary need that day was emergency roadside help, If I did need to have keys made and will, without a doubt, recommend Arlington Lock highly for their technical expertise and truly human kindness.

These guys were great! I was locked out of my place and needed to get in to my cat ASAP. They were both faster and more reasonably priced than other quotes. Out here in 30 min and very kind and professional. Very grateful to quickly get in to feed my cat!

I had to go in the other week because my key fob wasn't working even after I changed the battery in it and I had no idea that locksmiths provided this service so when I came in I was really impressed. Jay and Lawrence were amazing they tested the battery (which was almost dead even though i just changed it) and inspected how each button worked just to make sure they diagnosed the issue correctly. They said it needed a new battery but still offered a new fob however I decided to try just going with a new battery but I had an inkling that the battery was getting drained because of one of the buttons being pushed too much or something like that, so I told them I will probably be back in a few days. Well sure enough before the week was over that new battery was dead. Jay was really great he programmed a new JEEP key fob for my jeep, and made sure everything was in working order. I am super thankful to them for helping me out and doing such a thorough job. The customer service was excellent and they were really great guys! I highly highly highly recommend this place
