We needed an old doorknob/lock changed out and I looked for companies on BBB and found AL Odom Locksmiths very highly rated. I called and left a contact request online and they reached right back out to me, we got it scheduled within an hour, they confirmed, communicated prior to coming out, they were professional and did a fantastic job. We requested multiple keys and they were able to fulfill that request last minute. We were out of town at the time, and they worked with us to take payment over the phone after completion. They made an uncomfortable, scary situation - easy. They even looked at another door that was giving us problems and were able to adjust the lock so that it worked again. Highly recommend and will use again.
