Call them to make me a new key and program to my truck yes they made a new key but didn't program it to the truck so my truck wasn't picking up the new key I pd 170.00 dollars and the new key is not even compatible with the truck Ijust don't understand that was the whole point of getting a new key now I'm out 170.00 dollars

Went in to get a spare key made for my dads car, and without asking the guy cuts a key with a chip in it, which I didn’t ask for or want/need and then charges me $40 and acts like I’m the problem. Should’ve gone to Lowe’s.
