What customers say

Customers praise quick, professional help, with one customer pleased by the response time and another finding the team easy to work with after moving and needing locks rekeyed. The owner is credited with apologizing and correcting an issue, while a customer reports wasted time and says people were still trying to visit a permanently closed Midtown location.

I used them the other day and had an issue. But the owner of the company called me, sincerely apologized and corrected the issue. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars. No company is perfect, but a company owner willing to make things right is priceless.

Hello my name is Andrea and just used your services. I was pleased with your response time and your rep! Dimitri came prepared and was right on time in completing the task. He was kind and expeditious! Felt price was alittle overpriced but safety is a requirement should have asked for senior discount. But work is great!!!Thanks very much!

I recently moved into a new house in Atlanta and needed all my locks rekeyed. I called Nonstop Local Locksmith and they were fast, professional, and very easy to work with. Great company I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Billy G

Wasted my time today. They haven't had a location on Piedmont Ave in Atlanta "for a very long time" according to the lady I spoke with. The business hasn't bothered updating their Google My Business profile and the lady says she constantly gets calls from customers trying to go to the permanently closed location in midtown. Fail.
