My husband and I were on vacation and our dog sitter got locked out with our dog inside. Literally less than 20 minutes after the call someone was at our place to let him in. So fast, so friendly. I am so so grateful.

Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise quick, friendly lockout help; a recent customer described a prompt response after a dog sitter was locked out with a dog inside. Customers also report a two-hour wait after a 30–45-minute arrival estimate and repeated ETA calls that brought no clear update, as well as a car-lockout bill that differed from the quote; the company apologized about the billing discrepancy.

I was told my technician would arrive in 30-45 minutes— 2 hours passed. I called multiple times for a ETA only to be told “the technician will reach out”. When the technician did finally reach out, they said they were in traffic even tho we could clearly hear on the phone that he was not. I’ll be finding a different company for sure

I called because my daughter was locked out of her car. Her keys and phone were in there. I asked for the price they said it would be a $15 call fee plus $35. I sent them to her. They were fast and friendly; however, the bill was $150, not what I was told! They did apologize, but need to communicated better that it's a $35 starting fee not the actual total.

Locked myself out of my Ford Mustang in Druid Hills and needed it opened asap. Called two different locksmiths but when they showed up they couldn't open it. Called Nonstop Atlanta locksmith next and they showed up in 15 min and unlocked the car. Quick and professional, highly recommend
