Excellent experience! I brought in a small electronic safe that I could no longer open. They swiftly went to work, gave me some options, and had it open in no time. Everyone was very friendly, they were patient, they answered all of my questions, and the price was right. Overall, I am very glad I chose Dixie Lock and Safe!

My key just walked away. I called Dixie lock and safe, and they came to my home to replace my key and fob to my car. I did not talk to an operator for someone one th call me back. Real people who offer reasonable prices and no games.

Awesome experience with Dixie! My daughters key broke and I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I called Dixie and they walked me through starting the car so I was able to take it to them the next morning! She got her key within 15min and was on her way! Great customer service! I will be back for a backup key! Thank you guys! ????????
