A few negative reviews cite scheduling issues and uncertainty around laser-cut automotive keys. Overall sentiment trends positive on customer service and responsiveness, with occasional consistency concerns.

Called 2 days prior to driving from Akin to Augusta to confirm that they could cut the key that belong to my 2015 chevy impala. They would have to call me back with a quote. When I received a phone call they told me $80 for programming and laser cut which I explained I only needed the key cut they then told me it was $20 for a laser cut key. 2 days after the phone call to confirmed the price and ability they tell me they do not cut laser cut keys after quoting me a price.
Mr Rhodes went "above and beyond" exceeding expectations on changing out the locks on my sister's home. We are extremely pleased with his customer service, friendliness, and expertise!! Highly recommend!!
Booked Vivian to help cut a key for a stolen, recovered vehicle that needed to be operable prior to transporting it back to Alabama. Vivian couldn't do it when I called on Friday, but said she'd have someone available Monday afternoon. I lined up a carrier to transport the vehicle for Tuesday morning. Obviously, the owner of the vehicle was anxious to get it back home ASAP. I just heard from Vivian at 2PM on Monday. She can't do it today, and she's not sure when she'll have someone available. When I pressed her as to the reason why, she said "emergencies happen". So my guess is the priority is not the customer who called last week, that you've completely screwed over, but someone else. If you couldn't do the job, why'd you wait 4 days to inform me? Further, when I let her know how her late notice affected the truck driver and the owner, she couldn't have cared less and hung up the phone.
