We called to get a door with a lost key opened and a new key made - then decided to get all the doors rekeyed. Needed to have it done within 24 hours - Pop a Lock was able to come out the same day and get it all taken care of! A special thank-you to Vic for doing a great job!
I didn’t get the service done since I was able too find my original keys, but the customer service was A1! They got all my info. correct & was able too set me up a appointment for the next day or two later & the prices were not bad too get a new key cut & have the new key reprogrammed too my car! Even though I do not need the new key services, I will be getting a few copies made of my original key from the company. Thanks for being so sweeet & immediate with setting up me a service date so I wouldn’t be without using my car for months! I recommend using this company for any lost, need copies or etc for your house or your car????.
Our technician, Dustin, arrived right on time. When he confirmed the order, we actually requested some changes. He listened to the changes we wanted and quickly adjusted the order and went to work.We are very satisfied with the service we received. We will definitely recommend Pop-A-Lock, and Dustin.
Dustin was awesome! Very friendly, quick service, and professional. He cut and reprogrammed two car keys for me right in my driveway and it barely took an hour. I would definitely call him again and recommend to others!
