Boris and his team continue to exceed expectations each time I visit. Most recently, they installed 2mm Vibram outsoles on my cowboy boots, the job looks like it’s from the factory. Boris colour matched the outsole, blended it so it transitioned seamlessly, and chamfered the outer edge. I couldn’t have asked for a better job! Additionally, they brought my favourite pair of Chelsea boots back to life. I brought them in salt stained and looking worn out…to make matters worse, I tried treating them myself with a leather conditioner and ruined the texture of the nubuck. Boris asked for a week with them and when I arrived to pick them up, I was amazed at how well they were restored! Count on Boris and his team to use quality products with traditional methods and craftsmanship. Family Shoe Repair won’t leave you disappointed!

The moment I walked into the store, I knew I was at the right place. I've been looking for a professional to repair my boots for a long time. My favourite Chelsea boot had damage to the heel and was falling apart. I had tried to fix it with shoe glue with no success and Boris was able to bring it back to new. The quality of the repair makes me feel like the shoes even better than when I got them new. I will be bringing all my shoe repair needs here.
