I stand by the below, The lady needs a customer service course.Moved it to a 2 over the 1 star because they reached back out and tried to help find what I needed ( at least I hope they did). Who reached out was VERY persistent in messaging to help. But they also wanted me to change my review here and asked a few times. Review are for people to leave a comment about their experience. Yes some people do it for the wrong reasons but it's goes both ways, trying to sway people into changing real experiences will not help anyone. Your issue shouldn't be with me and the review but YOUR employee that represents you at the start. Just like life bad first impression stick some times.OG post: RUDE!! I called Locksmith on Demand to unlock a door and change the locks on the day enforcement officers evicted one of my tenants. Roman always answered the phone promptly and was very accommodating when I had to reschedule the eviction date. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would highly recommend them.
I just had the technician Eli out to change my inside garage door dead bolt lock. He rekeyed the new lock to operate with our existing keys. He was very professional, I called Roman last night at 6:00 p.m. and Eli arrived at 9:30 this morning as scheduled. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly and pleasant. Want to say thank you to locksmith on demand. I was locked out for a bit due to my smart lock malfunctioning. I called them quickly and they were able to send someone quickly to fix the issue. I appreciate the work these people do. Thanks again
