Called them Sat around 4pm asking them to open a door lock. Asked how much it would cost, they said $90. They said they would send a tech and he'd be there in 30 mins; ended up to be 2 hrs. The guy came, and right before he started work, asked him how much again, and he said $225. Asked why it was so different from phone quote, and he said it STARTS at $90. Not sure why it cost so much more, as the lock was the simplest lock there is (not even a dead bolt). It was already past 6pm so we were sort of stuck with him (the lateness was probably intentional). It took him less than 2 mins to unlock the lock, and he was done...paid $225.
