I truly have to give this service five stars — and if I could give more, I absolutely would!
Jack was incredible from start to finish. After losing my car keys and realizing they were no longer in the parking spot where I dropped them, I was completely panicked. The thought of someone potentially having access to my car was overwhelming. When I called, they responded immediately and reassured me right away. Not only was their pricing fair, but their service was exceptional.
They came directly to my location and reprogrammed my car on the spot. Jack made sure I tested both keys thoroughly before leaving to confirm everything was working perfectly. He was swift, professional, and calm — exactly the steady presence I needed during a very stressful situation.
I truly can’t thank them enough for the peace of mind they restored for me. Jack, you have no idea how much you helped me. Thank you for everything!

Your company responded to me readily, sent Elmer to evaluate my storm door problem. He ordered new lock equipment and I was called to set up an appointment for Elmer to repair and replace the door. All went well; the work was completed today and I appreciate the great service!

Excellent service and very reasonable fee for unlocking our door. We were locked out late on a Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend in 95F degree weather!!!
He was prompt and even gave us an update when delayed due to a traffic jam. Pro tip: have your credit card on your phone or with you because they are digital and paperless. Highest recommendation!
