Today i had an excellent experience with this locksmith service company for my business. They arrived on time, the team was very professional, and replaced all the locks quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. They clearly knows the job and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The man who showed took over half an hour and continuously got frustrated at me then proceeded to tell us it would be $200. This was not only a robbery, but also the worst customer service I’ve ever had. This is an update on the situation. The company called and offered to pay us to take down the review. They said the reason for the price was because of the weather (which was fine) and they said they jumped the truck, which never happened. There is nothing professional about this company. I would highly suggest finding a different company. Would like to add that they are not telling the truth about reaching out. And there was an argument. As well as they hid the price until after they in locked the truck, they do not pick locks. They only pry the door open and use a J-tool (it takes 40 minutes).
