Recently purchased our home and needed to have locks changed. After calling around to a few places we found Archway. Their prices were below others so we made appointment and they got us in within few days. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had one door that had previously given us trouble opening and he fixed that without us even mentioning it. Last minute we asked about our gate locks and what we could do. He took care of those and wasnt bothered by us asking. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very satisfied and would use again in the future. A+++++

Initially I was going to use Archway so I spent two days trying to contact them. I got a call back yesterday (3:42pm) saying that he had been busy (Fair enough response). I told him that I wasn't able to open any door with a key but that I wanted to try a another key when it became available to me. Needless to say that key didn't work, so I called Archway (5:06pm) and left several messages that I would like someone to come out and repair the locks, but no call back this time ( they closed at 7pm yesterday). I made one more call and left a msg at 5:15pm to give some further info but never got a call back before their 7pm closing.Sooo this morning at 9:02 am I called again asking for someone to get back with me about lock repairs. it is now 2:27pm and not one word as a followup to an existing customer. Yes, that is right I have used this locksmith before about a year ago to date. He was pretty much on point last year with servicing happening really fast. So not sure what the deal is not but Archway dropped the ball by not communicating. if you can't do the job at least say you are tied up and not able to do it so people can plan to secure their property. They close at 3:00pm today so I think its safe to say that Archway Locksmith is a no show!!
