He rushed to install my new lock and didn't want to wait for me to get batteries but I insisted. Then I tried to test it and it didn't work. He said it was not his fault, that he installed it correctly, told me to read the manual, charged my card, and left.After the lock company was kind enough to send me another lock, I had another locksmith come who told me that part of it was simply installed upside down. I had to pay $300 for that locksmith to fix it.
