Very bad experience , the copy key does not work after paid $12 in QFC store at crossroad Bellevue.
Super easy to get my keys made, and done in less than 10 minutes.
My first two keys didn't fit and I figured it was a loss, move on. But I tried again with many keys and a couple RFIDs. One didn't work, but the company immediately refunded what I'd paid. So I am going to ask for a refund of my first two keys since they have proved they are a quality organization. It's a blessing to have this service when locksmiths are closed.
My key didn’t work
I tried to use this service to get a key duplicated for a mail box (smaller key). It is a cool machine that scans your key and then tries to grind a new one. It did understand the smaller key and produced a key that matched the key type. However, there were some glaring flaws when I compared the two keys. It was "close" in the sense that it etched in something that resembled the original key but there were at least 3 differences that from a glance screamed "there is no way this key could possibly work". I called them immediately after and they shrugged me off saying that it may still work. It didn't. I believe that this kiosk could work, but people should understand that it is not guaranteed to make a proper copy and they may shrug you off on the phone.Update: I emailed them after the fact and they were much more responsive to getting a proper working key or a refund if that fails.
