A C Lock Service

They made copies of a USPS key for me but they didnt work. I called them and they offered to look at the lock to gauge why it didnt work or get a refund. I opted for a refund. When i stopped by for a refund, they offered to sand the key down and that seemed to do the trick! 10/10 would recommend again!

I've had copies of car and house keys made here and service was quick and professional. Today I called ahead, knowing that he's a one-man outfit and is out making calls a lot. The proprietor answered the phone and told me he would out in the field and recommended another locksmith down the street for my needs. I'm happy to continue to support this small business with great neighborhood values!

I recently had Tom work on a custom locksmith job for our condo door, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the outcome. He expertly replaced our old, bulky lock with a new digital keypad deadbolt and handle. His commitment to quality is clear, and he offers fair pricing, which made the entire service excellent value for money. It's important to note that Tom is quite sought after, which can sometimes affect his communication. He is direct and transparent about his priorities and schedule. While his straightforward nature may seem a bit much at first, if you can manage some direct communication, you'll find his work to be of the highest standard. I couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship he brought to our project.

I bought an after market cylinder lock for each door for my 1974 Datsun 260z but it had two separate keys. The owner of AC locks was able to re key one of the cylinder locks so I can use just one key to open both doors. Long story short, he was nice enough to fix a problem that he did not create and did not charge me extra for finding me a solution by giving me parts for no extra charge. Def coming back for all my key and locking needs.

I searched online for a locksmith to make a copy of my car keys and ended up calling the same company with different locations from Concord to Oakland. Wanting to ensure legitimacy, I visited AC Locksmith where the owner quickly made the key and even offered a $40 discount. I highly recommend this shop for their efficient service and fair pricing.
