Called last week about getting a new key and FOB for a used car I bought. Left a message, had a return call in less than 10 minutes.He checked his stock to make sure he had the correct key and FOB, which he did. We scheduled an appointment for the next week.Showed up on time, great communication! Had new key and FOB programmed and cut within 20 mins. Friendly and very knowledgeable!Highly recommend!
They told me they didn't have a place for me to take a lock in to be keyed and that they had to come to my house to do it. Thanks for lying to get an extra $45 while being 30 minutes late.For clarification, I asked if I could take the lock in to be keyed and was told they have no storefront. Instead of telling me that I could meet him where he's at AS HE SHOULD HAVE, he said he does house calls, which led me to believe he ONLY does house calls (which would make sense if you have no storefront). I don't know if he was overwhelmed and forgot to mention this or if he was being dishonest to make a few extra bucks and enjoy some AC. Either way, I'm unsatisfied.
Superb service by Brandon Robert. We thought it would be a long stressful ordeal to get a key made but the whole process was under a half hour and that includes charging our battery, cutting the key and reprogramming it. Great price as well. We would recommend him and the company to anyone.
I called to get a price for a BMW key fob because I had accidentally thrown mine in the dumpster (mom life). I had originally been quoted over $600 from another business and she went above and beyond to find me a fob at a better price. Customer service was a 10/10. I highly recommend.
