This is not a local company. They have call center and they subcontract out a locksmith to you. My service call was cancelled because they couldn't find the address in town. No call, no notice. Just left me high and dry. Would not use again.

Called because a family member locked their keys in the trunk and that auto locked the car. Dispatcher asked me if I could unlock the car and check to see if it was a manual trunk release that the technician could use to get in.
I told her I’m calling because the car is locked and that’s as impossible otherwise I would have just done it myself. She sat there silent for about 10 seconds. Asked me again to go into my car. I hung up.
It was a joke.

After waiting longer than I ever have for a key to be made, an aluminum copy fell down, looking like it matched the original. Unfortunately, it fit in the door but wouldn't turn it. I tried several times. Very frustrating!
