fast and easy, I had the store call for assistance at the regular key counter and after 10 minutes of no-show I reluctantly walked over to the Minute Key box and gave it a shot. Worked great and the keys work well too.
I needed some extra house keys and was able to use minute key at Lowe's and it worked great! When you have keys made with Minute Key you don't have to locate a salesperson; it's ready when you are.

First time user, the Machine made it easy to understand with instructions in large letters on the screen. I got an additional key because of the deal offered. These were house keys being made because we misplaced ours locking us out of the house and costing 95.00 for a locksmith to get us back in. I strongly urge homeowners to make extra keys and hide a couple around your house or vehicle.
I was skeptical and rightfully. The key did not work and I had to hand file it to make it function marginally. Automation isn't always best.
