Buffalo Security

Thank you Buffalo Security!!! No words can truly describe the incredible customer service at Buffalo Security Offers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine welcome from everyone. It's refreshing to see a multi-generational family-owned business that has earned such a great reputation—even the younger generation says, "They're the best around!" Michael went above and beyond to explain all of my options for resolving a break-in issue. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and made the entire process easy and stress-free. His expertise and professionalism gave me complete confidence. I was so impressed with my experience that I've already recommended Buffalo Security Offers to at least 10 people. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you for making my day so much easier by sharing your expertise and providing such outstanding service. Sincerely, Aaron

Absolutely incredible service. Mark in particular was such a sweat heart and refused to accept payment unless the key was first confirmed to work. Furthermore, he also didn’t charge a customer in front of me since the payment was so little. Overall incredible skill, service, and professionalism.

Buffalo Lock and Key was recommended to me by the Shop Services section of McGuckin Hardware in Boulder, CO. I called them immediately, got the OWNER on the phone and she sent someone out to do my cylinder change that day! The man came on time, was polite, pleasant and quick, and the charge was extremely reasonable. I can't thank them enough and will use them again and again!
