Flipped us off In a company vehicle. From the photo’s looks like the owner or I would call to complain. Then almost ran the guy in front of us off the road. Very unprofessional considering we are in bumper to bumper traffic.
Daniel and his team are the real deal. Professional, kind, honest, etc. Dan came out to our location and gave recommendations for different configurations (each at various price points) to suit our needs. We ended up selecting a full alarm & camera system and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The install was done before business hours to ensure no interruptions on our end, the price was more than fair, and at no point did it ever feel pushy. I would recommend Bozeman Safe & Lock in a heartbeat!

There are so many options when it comes to home security, and honestly, I felt overwhelmed at first. But Daniel walked me through everything with honesty and zero pressure. When I asked about adding specific upgrades, he was straight with me, saying things like, “If it were my house, I wouldn’t add that. It’s not necessary. But we can if you want to.” That kind of transparency is rare, and it told me they care more about what’s right for the customer than making a sale.Their attention to detail was impressive. For areas where they couldn’t run wires inside the walls, they chose cable that closely matched our wall color, ran it cleanly along seams and corners, and made sure everything was tight and tidy, especially in the garage. No sloppy wires or rushed work here. And they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, too—no drywall dust or debris left behind.I genuinely appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship. These guys did a great job on the broken lock at our retail location. The office staff and repairman were both professional and courteous. They knew we were in a bind and they were able to come a day earlier than expected which was a huge help. I would recommend!
