Dave’s came to put a new deadbolt and lever handle on my front door. Ended up having to drill the knob hole larger. He came earlier than estimated, did a super job, cleaned up afterwards. Dave’s was very clear about charges upfront. I was very satisfied with their work & services!

Adrian went above and beyond to fix my gun safe. We (mostly me) thought the problem was isolated to the exterior key pad. I purchased one from him, brought it home, installed it and it worked just fine, until the next morning when it was throwing other codes and not opening. I called Adrian to let him know and he suggested that he stop by and see what the issue was. Adrian spent almost 2 hours getting the safe open and diagnosing the issue which was the interior locking mechanism. He replaced that part and refused to take additional payment for it or the time he spent. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. It still exists out there! Thanks!!
I have gone to this shop for every key-related need. They are fantastic, offering old-school exceptional customer service, do great work and are friendly and kind. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. JP put together a disassembled key fob for me today, did a great job and was as fantastic as all the other staff here. Dave’s, don’t ever change! Solid customer service is not as common as it used to be and your shop excels! Greatly appreciated. :)
