Reviews

What customers say

Two customers praised timely, professional service: one described a 5:30 a.m. home lockout, with Caleb arriving within 20 minutes and opening the door without drilling; another praised the professionalism and timeliness of help getting into a vehicle. One customer said a broken-knob job left the door unable to open and reported being told, “that's the way it's going to be!” after calling back. Another said a lock was drilled after a locksmith said it could not be picked, leaving it to be replaced through the apartment complex.

Timely and very professional! I locked myself out of my house at 5:30 in the morning and when I called Florida Lock And key Caleb answered thei phone right away and immediately confirmed he could get to me within 20 minutes and Caleb was at my house in 20 minutes! Within five minutes he had my door unlocked, no drilling required. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially how early it was in the morning and how quickly he got to me. I was so worried because my mom was inside the home and she is on hospice care so you can imagine my level of stress. Thank you Caleb and Florida Lock And key, I greatly appreciate it!!!

Save your money. I had a broken knob. 3 guys worked on it and when they left it was in worse condition. It was working when they got there. After leaving and the door closing. It wouldn't open up at all. When I called them back, I was told "that's the way it's going to be!" Save your time and money, call someone who can actually help.

The guy Steve that came out was nice but he said the lock couldn’t be picked and went to drilling the lock out. Their website claims they don’t do that and proper tools would be used to avoid damage. It took 10min to drill a hole in the lock and it cost me $250. Also I thought it was strange that they don’t take card and asked for Cash or Zelle. Now I have to replace the lock with my apartment complex and that’ll probably be a couple more hundred bucks.

Arrived to my store this morning and found a sticker advertisement on my door! Who exactly are you trying to advertise to and are you trying to create curiosity of whether or not someone tried to break in to your business? There are much better and more effective ways to advertise! Before you try to deny it, as I have seen you attempt to do on other reviews, the picture is attached.
