As a landlord, I deal with Locksmiths regularly. The interpersonal and locksmithing skills vary widely in this area. More often than not, they are short or rude and charge inflated prices. Bill exceeded the reasonable expectation he'd set, confirming it was OK to arrive sooner than planned, diagnosed the two problems quickly and accurately, and communicated well, all for a fair price. I find Len's Locksmith to be knowledgeable, skilled, honest, reasonable and pleasant to work with. Thanks to Bill, I now no longer need to look for a Locksmith. Thanks
